LOVE RUGBY AGAIN

Chatswood Rugby Club has been part of Sydney’s rugby story since 1912. Based at Beauchamp Park, we play in the NSW Suburban Rugby competition (Subbies) and are proud to be one of the city’s most community-focused, social clubs. With a strong legacy, Opens and Colts (u21s) teams, and a strong social culture, we offer a place to play real rugby without the full-time grind. One night of training, regular game time, and a post-session BBQ – that’s the Chatswood way. Whether you’re 18 or 38, new to the game or making a comeback, you’ll find your spot here.
FOOTY WITHOUT THE FUSS
At Chatswood Rugby, we keep things simple. It’s rugby the way it should be: competitive on the field, social off it, and built to fit your life. Whether you’re juggling work, uni, or just want to stay in the game without the pressure, we’ve created a club culture that puts mateship, enjoyment, and accessibility first.

SOCIAL RUGBY
We play for the love of the game, not for contracts or egos. Our club is built on mateship, inclusion, and enjoying every part of the rugby experience — both on and off the field.

ONE TRAINING A WEEK
Your time matters. That’s why we train just once a week, every Thursday night at Beauchamp Park. It’s high-quality, low-commitment, and designed to suit real life.

FREE BBQ EVERY WEEK
Footy feeds the soul, but we feed the team. Every Thursday session ends with a free BBQ at the clubhouse. Eat, chat, and unwind with the boys after training.
